Best Offset for Rims

Hey Guys. I just got my Evo X not too long ago! Trying to see if I can get new wheels to fit the car to make it pretty flush without using spacers. I heard that we have gotto use 10J by +15 offset to make it flush? Anyone on that kind of setting?
Need some advice of those who have done it or are using this settings for their rims?

Some says that offset +20 is good enough? Anyone can give a more accurate review?

Welcome!

Here's a good thread for you: http://www.evoxforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2464

Amount of offset depends on the style of rim. Conclave, deep dish, etc.

+15 will require fender rolling I think.
